I'm not normally one to follow beauty trends. I rarely wear makeup and usually let my hair dry naturally. However, with a slew of articles recently about the coming of Elnett hairspray by L'Oreal to the United States, including a full two page article in Allure, I really had to see what the fuss was about.
The writers in Allure were spot-on in describing the way Elnett provides great hold without leaving residue at all. The mist is so fine, and even with layer upon layer, flakes will not form. If you've shyed away from hairspray before because of the effects it has, then try this stuff, you will love it. I know I do.
